Winter and off-season
Beat the Irish winter
Courses close, it's wet and dark, and strength drops when you stop using it. Twenty minutes a week indoors keeps you strong, so you don't start every spring from scratch.
Why it matters
Why it matters
Indoors and dry
No wind, no rain, no cold. Train in any weather, all year round.
Keep what you've built
Strength fades when you stop training. One short session a week holds on to it through the quiet months.
Ready for the new season
Start the spring with strong legs, glutes and core instead of spending the first months getting it back.

Good to know
The EMS training garment is bought separately; everything else is provided. We go through a short health questionnaire before your first session.
How a session works
Twenty minutes. Every muscle.
Free chat and health check
We go through your game, your goals and a short health questionnaire so we know EMS is safe for you.
Suit up
No heavy weights, no machines. You change into the miha suit and the wireless MOVE unit clips on.
20 minutes of golf moves
Squats, lunges, hip hinges and rotations, all with the impulse. Gerard sets and watches every one.
48 hours to recover
Your muscles rebuild over the next two days. Then you play, practise, and come back next week.
Questions
Good to know
When should I start?
Any time. Starting in autumn gives you the whole winter to build strength before the season begins.
Can I keep playing winter golf too?
Yes. Leave about 48 hours between a session and a big round or competition, so your muscles have recovered.
