Nutrition support

Eat to get the most from training

Training builds muscle; food decides a lot of the result. Alongside your EMS sessions, Gerard gives you simple, practical guidance on eating to support your goals, and InBody scans show how your body is changing.

Why it matters

Why it matters

Food and training together

Muscle is built from protein and recovered with good food. Getting both right gets better results.

Simple, not strict

Practical changes that fit real life, not a diet you will give up on.

Measured progress

InBody scans track muscle and fat, so you can see what is working.

How EMS helps

What you get

  • Practical eating guidance that fits your life
  • InBody body scans to track muscle and fat
  • Goals set with you at the start
  • Checked in on as you train

Important

This is general healthy-eating guidance to support training, not a medical diet. If you have diabetes, a digestive condition or another medical need, see your GP or a registered dietitian.

How a session works

Twenty minutes. Every muscle.

  1. Free chat and health check

We go through your game, your goals and a short health questionnaire so we know EMS is safe for you.

  2. Suit up

No heavy weights, no machines. You change into the miha suit and the wireless MOVE unit clips on.

  3. 20 minutes of golf moves

Squats, lunges, hip hinges and rotations, all with the impulse. Gerard sets and watches every one.

  4. 48 hours to recover

Your muscles rebuild over the next two days. Then you play, practise, and come back next week.
