More strength for your sport

Whatever your sport, strength in the legs, glutes and core helps you move faster and more powerfully. EMS adds that strength in 20 minutes, without heavy lifting that leaves you tired for training.

Why it matters

Why it matters

Strength without the fatigue

Short sessions that fit around your training and matches.

The whole chain

Legs, glutes, core, back and arms all work together, the way they do in sport.

Sport-based moves

Sessions use squats, lunges, rotations and moves that suit your sport.

How EMS helps

What you get

  • Twenty minutes, once or twice a week
  • Leave about 48 hours before a big game or race
  • Every session one-to-one with Gerard
  • InBody scans to track muscle

The honest part

EMS adds strength; it does not replace your sport-specific training or coaching. Research results describe group averages, and individual results vary.

How a session works

Twenty minutes. Every muscle.

  1. Free chat and health check

We go through your game, your goals and a short health questionnaire so we know EMS is safe for you.

  2. Suit up

No heavy weights, no machines. You change into the miha suit and the wireless MOVE unit clips on.

  3. 20 minutes of golf moves

Squats, lunges, hip hinges and rotations, all with the impulse. Gerard sets and watches every one.

  4. 48 hours to recover

Your muscles rebuild over the next two days. Then you play, practise, and come back next week.

Questions

Good to know

Will EMS replace my gym work?

For many people it can cover the strength side, in less time. It works best alongside your normal training and skills work.

When should I train around games?

Leave about 48 hours between a session and a big game, race or match, so your muscles have recovered.
